Students review pronoun case and how to choose the correct case within a sentence. The use of pronouns as subjects and objects in verbal phrases is examined. Students also practice the correct use of who and whom, proper courtesy order when using pronouns, and the correct use of reflexive and intensive pronouns. The concept of pronoun shift is introduced, and students learn to avoid shifts in person and in number.
